At KitBuddy, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring your products are carefully packed and shipped safely.

Standard Processing Time

Orders received before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

In some cases, dispatch may take up to 2 working days depending on order volume and operational circumstances.

Please note that this processing timeline does not apply to pre-booking kits. Pre-booking orders are dispatched according to the release schedule mentioned on the respective product page.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline depends on the shipping carrier and your delivery location.

Your estimated delivery period from the date of dispatch will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your payment.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or high order volumes.

Peak Season & Tournament Delays

During high-demand periods such as the FIFA World Cup, major football tournaments, major league seasons, and other peak jersey seasons, order volumes can increase significantly.

During such periods, order processing may temporarily take up to 7 business days due to increased order volumes and potential carrier backlogs.

We appreciate your patience during these periods.

KitBuddy operates on a prepaid order basis to secure and process your items.

Your order processing period begins once your payment has been successfully confirmed.

The estimated delivery timeline shown at checkout refers to the delivery period following dispatch and does not include the order processing time.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, KitBuddy cannot guarantee delivery dates in situations caused by factors outside our control, including:

Courier or carrier delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Operational disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Customer unavailability
High-volume sales periods
Other unforeseen circumstances

Any delay or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information or customer unavailability may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery, as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Re-Shipping Policy.
